Limplus industrial ultrasonic cleaning machine with sweep function
to enhance cleaning result:
In sweep operation, the frequency of the output of the ultrasonic
generator is modulated around a central frequency which may itself
be adjustable.
The frequency may be modulated from once every several seconds to
several hundred times per second with the magnitude of variation
ranging from several hertz to several kilohertz. Sweep may be used
to prevent damage to extremely delicate parts or to reduce the
effects of standing waves in cleaning tanks.

Ultrasonic cleaner simply saves time and resources by eliminating
the need for manual scrubbing and dependence on needless cleaning
chemicals.
The hazardous chemicals are replaced with chemical
free/biodegradable soaps. Just to name a few examples of items that
are commonly cleaned by a Table top ultrasonic cleaner include
power steering parts, pistons, fuel injectors, valves, bearings,
filters, shock absorber parts, etc.
For carburetor and exhaust manifold ultrasonic cleaning, a larger
industrial-sized unit can be used to deliver deep cleaning action
that is needed within the network of passages. Larger units have
the capacity for ultrasonic cleaning of crankshaft and cylinder
block, as well as the means to clean many different parts at once.
